Hello reader!!
What's up? I hope you all had a great weekend!
Like I said to you before in my post, recently i had many problems. And it all come at once or one after one. One problem solved, another problem come. And so on.
Well, for all that problems, there's a healing system. Everybody has their own healing systems. They know how to heal their self if they got problems. And everybody has different things to heal their self.
Usually they will do what they likes to made everything okay again. Sometimes, they are doing their hobbies or interests. Because when they do anything they like, their body and mind would be happy and that' the best way to healing ourselves. Maybe these healing things can not solve the problems, but if our body and mind are relax and happy, we can think clearly to get out of our problems.
I have my healing things too. And sometimes this the best way to get out of my problems for a while. I know it's not okay to run from your problem, but hey, everyone needs their meditation time, a silent moment, to take a breath for a while from their problems. And that's not make them being coward or chicken, it make them human and keep them sane. Here are my healing things ^^
1. FOOD
Not like other people who can't eat when they got problems, I ate a lot when I stressed. No wonder, I'm fat. I don't know why, but it just make me feel happy to eat. The more I stressed, the more i eat. Too bad! I know :(
2. HANGING OUT WITH BFFs
Well, everybody needs their BFFs ( read: Best Friend Forever), right? We all are social thing. We need other to live. And we lucky enough to have a best friend or more, we can share with them about our problems. But, you must sure you can trust them to share about your problems or your deepest secrets. And they don't have to be like physician or anything else. Because sometimes all we need is someone who can listens to us. Just be there to listen and understand what we fel that moment. But you must choose your BFF carefully. And you can't be selfish! You have to be a good BFF too when they need you.

3. SLEEPING
Hmm, probably many people would agree with me for this one. Yes, sleeping is the most efficient healing thing we can have. Why? Because when we sleep, we don't have to think. Our brain is in its " offline mode ". We can forget our problems for a while when we sleep. And if we lucky enough to have a good sleep, we can have a fresh mind when we woke up. And a fresh mind can help us to think of a way out to all of our problems.
4. READING
Well, as I a book person, so reading is definitely my healing things. When i get stressed, i read a lot. Sometimes when i don't have a new book to read, i re-read all my books collection. Comics, magazines, novel, and all kind of literature. But i usually read a light literature when i stressed. Because if you read a heavy literature such as newspaper, financial magazines, a very thick book (unless this super thick book has a great story), or memoir of known people, you got more stress. Trust me! Usually i read a fiction book. Mostly with romance theme.
What i like about reading when i stressed is, the book can take me with it. I will drifted into the story, so i will forget about my problems for a while. Books really help me to heal myself.

Well, that's my healing things. I usually used one of them (or all of them , when i get a lot of problems at the same time) to heal myself. But there's another thing you can do to heal yourself. And this is the most powerful healing system we can have. PRAY. It's easy and free. God will always listen to our problems and give us inner peace. God can heal everything. Even for the worst one.
So, i hope everyone who had pain or problems right now, you can find your own healing things. You can get a way out for your problems and your soul find peace. I pray for you and me to get a happy prosperous wealthy joyful peaceful life.
