Final Sprint

Hello guys,

How are you all? I hope all of you doing great.

Well, like i said before, i'm working in Prudential as a Financial Planner. 
It's October which means that the closing date is getting closer. Arrghh, I'm so stressfull right now. :(( I want to be promoted by the end of November ( the closing date). But, my target is still unreachable.

But thanks to my agency, Unity Agency, they really supported us. Unity always provides us everything we need. And one of the kindness of Unity is it held a great seminar to motivate us. 

In October, 5th, Unity held a great seminar in Unika Atmajaya University. And the speaker was really awesome. It's Merry Riana. Yes, that famous Miss Merry. The most successful women from Indonesia. She reached her first million dollar at age 26th. She's really inspiring ^^

She told us some of her knowledge. And I will share that to all of you :)

First, she told us that there are three secrets of learning which are participation, open mind, and action.
Second, the secrets of her success:
1. Dream Big, dare to dream big. Don't be afraid of it.
2. Pay Now, Play Later, life is about fighting not just defense. And if you can't do the big things, do the little things with huge spirit. Be patient. 
3. Be Active, be flexible, and if you can do the things by your own way, change the way and the strategy. Don't be maudlin!
4. Focus, you have to do the self-discipline. Better you suffer because of discipline rather than because of regret. You have to force the discipline so you can do the discipline, and when you can do that you will used to discipline.
5. Finish Strong,  you must be passionate about your dream. And believe that YOU CAN DO IT!!! YES, YOU CAN!!

That's what i got from her. She was really inspiring! Thank God I met her ^^
